A cross-disciplinary team of builders delivering work that actually ships.
For over a decade, our consultants have built business and engineering solutions for clients across Champaign-Urbana, Chicagoland, and beyond. We're an interdisciplinary team of UIUC undergraduates who care about the craft of consulting and the people we work alongside.
Every semester we ship deliverables that real clients put in front of customers, investors, and engineering teams, and every semester we recruit the next cohort who'll do the same.
Who we hire
Every major.
Every year.
We hire for curiosity and ownership, not a resume line. Half the team had never seen a case before they applied.
How recruitment works- Any major
- Business, engineering, CS, design, the arts, the sciences.
- Any year
- Freshmen through seniors. Some alumni joined their last semester.
- No experience
- We run a case workshop during recruitment. You will be ready.
